The staff at check-in were friendly and provided us with useful information. We were able to explore the area longer as we were allowed to return the keys later than the usual check-out time. The unlimited access to the gondola and the pass to the National Park were great perks that added value to our stay. having access to a secure storage room for our bikes was a convenient amenity.

Some of the staff, particularly the French-speaking ones, were rude and unhelpful. They threw a wine opener at me and didn't properly explain the key collection process, causing confusion and delay.

It's great that they provide shower facilities with a drier and fresh towels in the bathroom.

The condo at Tremblant Les Eaux By Rendez-Vous was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the peaceful ambience. The location was convenient, with good parking arrangement. The view of Lac Tremblant was a nice bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic four-night stay at this place, which has a great location close to Mont Tremblant Resort and within walking distance of a park and the national park.

The complex is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the units are equipped with great appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. the staff at check-in were friendly and informative, allowing us to return the keys later so we could explore the area longer. We were also provided with unlimited access to the gondola and a pass to the National Park. the unit was spacious and close to the pool, with good privacy and convenient parking. a well-situated and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the pool and close to the village. We loved being able to easily access the amenities and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the kitchen in our unit was well equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. It had everything we needed to cook delicious meals during our stay.

One of the negative aspects was the cleanliness of the unit. We found some dust and leftover items from previous guests under our beds, which was a bit disappointing.
